Building in unclaimed territory is forbidden. Claim chunks with points earned by researching new technologies.
Choose your chunks wisely!
Hi, my friend added this mod to a recent game we started. I found an exploit. If you place anything in a claimed chunk, then use the delete blueprint and drag over everything you built in the chunk, you can then unclaim the chunk. After that you can cancel the destruction of the buildings and they will function normally. This allowed me to build anywhere I wanted. You can't edit anything without reclaiming the chunk though.
I assume this is using the mod setting for allowing unclaiming at any time, since normally building in a chunk makes it permanent.
