Gonef Production Science Movement Research

Adds the missing production-science branch to movement-speed research in
TIMSABA 1.13.1 with Quality of Life Research 3.4.2 (Factorio 2.0.77+).

• Four levels, each adding 5 percentage points of base character running speed.
• Requires red, green, blue and purple science, not yellow science.
• First level requires blue movement-speed level 2 and Production science.
• Costs and research times are cloned from the corresponding yellow tier,
  after TIMSABA normalization: 128/256/384/512 of each pack, 32 seconds per unit.
• Existing researches, prerequisites, progress and bonuses are not modified.
• Uses native research effects, independent of QoL's internal tier numbering.
• The additional bonus is fixed at 5% per level; QoL's runtime multiplier and
  flat bonus continue to affect its own original researches only.
• The branch is absent if QoL movement-speed research is disabled at startup.

Safe to add to an existing save. Completing all four new levels grants +20
percentage points of base movement speed, not a multiplicative 20% increase
over an already boosted character.
