Includes options for "Shader" and "Shaderless" since both are documented in the API, I suspect the majority of people will need to change the "Shader" options, I have personally seen no change from the "Shaderless" settings but chose to include them in case the Shader ones don't work for you.
The default settings are the same as vanilla, and you can change the colour for entities, tiles, and each state (unbuilt, delivery on the way) independently.
I made this because I kept wondering whether or not the ghosts I was placing were actually on the way or not, because without both colours on screen the dark and light blue are hard to distinguish.
Does not require Space Age.
