Changes the requirement of holmium plates of lithium and fusion cells for 5x u238 and 1x u235 respectively. Both are now 10x easier to send to space.

This mod will not work with any other mod that changes the recipe of lithium or fusion power cells. Otherwise, it can be safely added to any playthrough, at any time.
