FUN mod seems to corrupt certain blueprints that will cause game crashes even after disabling the mod. Full story in the bug report:

The mod switches Passive Provider Chests and Storage Chests. When using filtered Storage Chests, this deletes the logistics section (passive providers don't have a filter). This becomes a problem when going back to vanilla.
The heavy editing of some other recipes also leaves a mark. Recipes for Grenades, Processing Units and Beacons are removed from my blueprints. (adding them back is fine).
How to avoid this: Keep FUN blueprints and non-FUN blueprints separate. Using them without opening them is fine (i.e. avoid saving the blueprints) Blueprints without Storage Chests should be safe to use.
