  Features:
    - Fulgorite crystals can now be planted on the ancients' ruins. Cover paving, walls, conduit
      or machinery with the new Fulgoran Regolith and a Fulgural Tower will plant there like on
      any bare ground. Regolith also goes down over Foundation, which puts the oil ocean in reach.
    - Fulgorite Cultivation now unlocks the Fulgoran Regolith recipe as well.
  Changes:
    - The seed crystals are nodules now: the tower plants Vitric, Doped and Superlattice
      Fulgorite Nodules. They are lumps of mineral, not seeds. Everything else about them is
      unchanged, and what you already have carries over.

  Features:
    - Support for Agricultural Tower with Modules: the Fulgural Tower is pinned to four
      module slots. Allowed module types and beacon reception follow that mod's own
      settings.
    - New startup setting "Fulgural Tower always has 4 module slots". Turn it off to let
      the tower use the slot count set in Agricultural Tower with Modules instead.
  Graphics:
    - The quality badge now sits at the foot of a crystal instead of at its centre
  Bugfixes:
    - Quality modules had no effect on quality seeds. The tower's roll is now added
      on top of the planted quality instead of being overwritten by it, capped at
      the highest quality the force has researched.
