A set of balance changes on top of Any planet start to improve the experience when starting on Fulgora. Integrates Mini trains and Nuclear science. Fulgoran enemies mod supported.
Primary changes:
- Early game technologies rearranged
- Production science pack removed. Electromagnetic science pack replaces it instead. Nuclear science in turn fills in the role of the third "alien" science pack.*
- Military science is pushed back to past rocket launch (unless Fulgoran enemies is present)
- Mini trains and Mini trains lead the way mods incorporated. Railway requires green science and gives elevated rails without separate research.
- Efficiency module 3 is researched with nuclear science, the recipe is changed to use uranium-238. Productivity module 3 is researched with agricultural science and the recipe uses bioflux.
Changes if Fulgoran enemies mod is present:
- If Fulgoran enemies mod is present, scrap recycling is changed to yield carbon instead of solid fuel, and coal synthesis is unlocked in Sulfur processing, allowing military science to be researched.
- Fulgoran vault ruin requires military research in order to be minable.
