makes your circuits free, similar to how green and red wires work along with a shortcut button. I made this to use with pyanodons where i didn't want to mess with the tech tree and also didn't want to wait 600 hours before i could do circuits. it is a bit game breaking since its basically infinitely free buildings so use at your own discretion.
