It always bothered me that I could not overpower the logistics limits of a chest.

Also please update the description (information tab) of your mod, so it better explains the behavior e.g. by adding something like this:
This mods lets you force push items into chests. First it will fill up the items up to the regular limit (unblocked/grey slots), then it will fill the blocked/red slots with your items. You can always enable force transfer with a per-player mod setting.
