Most likely automatically fills in things properly, probably. Preferrably both fuel and ammunition, if possible.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
As per title, I put it in a Youki game and things like coal stacks don't get used.

I just tested it now, and it works for me. If you want to get it fixed, I think I need a complete list of your mods. A screenshot of your mods folder, for example :-)
