Adjusts science pack counts depending on the focus of the technology.
Does not change all science costs, only select ones.
For example:
Automation 2 and 3 require double the number of automation science packs compared to other science packs
Logistics 2 and 3 require double the number of logistics science packs compared to the other science packs
Default modifier is 2, there is no limit set by the mod.
To extend your own mods, or to create a compatibility for another mod (Angels, Bobs or others):
Require this mod as a dependancy
Create a table of changes you want to make
Use the FTC.lib.adjust_science_pack_costs function to adjust the science pack costs
