Changelog in game dose not work may be a tab rather than spaces.

Version number in changelog wasn't incremented for the latest release. From the log file:
145.137 Error CachedChangelog.cpp:54: Failed to parse changelog for mod Flow Control for Bob's Logistics: invalid changelog file, error on line 8, duplicate Date: line or duplicate Version: line.
