I can reproduce this every time when using the mod on a section of pipe full of water (not moving) and an empty pipe at the same time.

Yes please screenshots would be great. Are you using the flow config tool?

I don't think so. Just the button on my hotbar.
Ignore the yellow selector, it's because I'm using win+shift+s for screenshots. That selection crashes every time.

I submitted what I believe should be a fix in 2.0.4. I'm not certain this covers the exact situation you're in but in theory it should work.
