I just statred to test it and i think its very useful mod like bob's adjustable inserters

already built configured set of pipes can't be rotated and that's sad

Yeah unfortunately that's a limitation with the engine/modding API and how the pipes are implemented. I've investigated potential solutions but wasn't able to produce a consistent solution. If the API gets updated to solve this problem, I'd love to fix that!
