I didn't change the recipe for normal vanilla ammo, so you can't use coal liquefaction to make it, but you can use it to make the improved ammo that this mod adds. Flamethrower fluid is made from light and heavy oil (in a chemical plant), and the new "improved flamethrower ammo" is made from flamethrower fluid and steel in an assembling machine.
