It looks like you can make fish-positive loops. For example, making pistols, unassembling it to fish, then some of them process into ores to gen materials for pistols. It also creates some stone and coal as byproducts.
Dissasembling filter inserter also looks nice, to a lesser degree, lights.
I'm not sure the recipes are always the same (the description says something about randomness) but starting a second game, a couple of recipes i checked was the same.
BTW Catching fish sometimes provide 5 landfills. Quite useful before you unlock the landfill tech in the "green" tier
