This mod is great. It was exactly what I was looking for so I can do SCADA in my factory. One thing is violating my expectations though: I can only get circuit network IO going with a copper connection to the Big Electric Pole. Is that intentional?

Sorry for the late reply. No, it should work fine with any electric pole (even from mods). The power connection is a hidden circuit switch and anything that you can connect a switch to, you should be able to connect.

Do you use any other mods that tweak the electric network? If you try to connect to e.g. a small electric pole, do you get an error?

No worries about the delay. I only have vanilla electric poles. I didn't see any errors being generated when I connect to something besides a Big Electric Pole but I didn't go looking for them either. Everything seems fine except no data is transmitted/received.

any chance that you can share a reproducer / save so that I can look at this more?
