Love the bigger wagons and trains, but i have a mod that add an equipment grid to normal trains so that i can have almost automated roboport trains to build track.

Would adding an equpment grid to the trains be something possable?

Hope this isn't considered necroing, but was interested in this as well. Have a few mods that change the base trains but the locomotive has a 12x12 grid and both cargos have an 8x8.

if you are still active, could you look into this again? 8x8 would be enough
