open the magic hut and put your cursor on the top right at the red circuit network id to see the values and make sure there are no negative signals.

I checked the location you pointed to, but all the displays were positive, and after I took out some items, the network now has no value, and it still doesn't work properly.
to others reading this thread: the underlaying issue is that that modpack changes assembling machine 1's to burners and that breaks some hidden circuits of this mod, i have yet to make time to refractor this mod again tho.
