It seems that each Factory has a Invisible Radar in the Center and every time I research a new level of the Radar it Replace them with Real new Radar, placing them over Other Items. Mod: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/radar-tech

Your reply here says the mod doesn't support Factorio 1.1. The summary of the mod says it supports Factorio 1.1. Can you change the summary to match?
You are misunderstanding. Factorissimo - notnotmelon fork supports factorio version 1.1
