With just Advanced Fluid Handling (Without Pyanodon) it's giving issues too. Directional underground pipes are not rotatable. They do interconnect to the fluid systems.
This isn't something I can fix from my end. You would have to get in contact with the author of the other mod if you want them to be rotatable. Although I think this is a small issue
