Rocket parts are now made in an assembler. Also adds several other options to change how rocket parts and rockets are made.

Moves the Rocket part recipe to assemblers so Processing units, Low density structure, and Rocket fuel can be inserted into rockets directly.

Allows adjustment of cost for both parts and rocket assembly. Default is the same as the base game 1 of each for parts and 50 parts for a rocket.

Rocket part stack size defaults to 1 and cannot be launched in a rocket. Stack size can be changed if desired, 1 gives a similar bot/belt density to the base game while 10 will give a similar chest density.

Optional setting to allow the use of productivity modules in rocket silos. Allowing this will make rockets much cheaper in the late game. Also add a productivity tech to increase rocket assembly productivity.

Another setting is available to make rockets varied based on the planet they are built on. This will make a specific recipe for rocket parts on that planet and it can be varied by requiring more fuel based on the planets gravity and/or adding a specific part based on the planet. Modded planets will need to be integrated with their specific parts but will create fallback recipes based on the planet characteristics.

Productivity modules are now not allowed in rocket silos by default as adding another layer of productivity would significantly reduce rocket part cost in the late game. This can be turned on with a mod setting that also adds a new Technology that uses promethium science to increase rocket assembly productivity.
