Removes the 320/320 pipeline extents feature from the game.
Things related to oil and other fluids.
I built a pipeline from one edge to the other edge of Nauvis and it tells me a need a pump in the middle, as Nauvis is 2m x 2m, and extents seem to be 1,000,000.
(Tongue in cheek, not really a bug anyone will see... except Dosh maybe)
