Loading saved games after changing startup mod settings or updating Extended Angels fails with a nil reference error in control.lua:45 (and onward presumably). These lines appear to be related to Angel's Bioprocessing technologies, which I do not have installed on the save.
Can probably be fixed with a simple check to see if the relevant mod is installed. Originally had the error with 0.3.7, upgrading to 0.3.9 caused it to reoccur without any other changes. In my case both times I just cut those lines out of the file and restarted the game to fix.
