MK2 and 3 of the puffer refugium have wrong speeds, the first tier has a speed of 2, and the other 2 have 1.25 and 2, they should be 3 and 4, or 2.5 and 3, or something like that

Triktor, base Angels buildings (Mk1) for breeding have different speeds - fish tank and puffers refugium are 0,75, biter refuguim is 2. So progression should be 0.75, 1.25, 2 for fish tank and puffers refugium and 2, 3, 4 for biter refugium.

Current update is just a mess, see speed progression below:
fish - 0.75, 1,25, 4 (!)
puffer - 0.75, 3 (!), 2
biter - 2, 1.25(!), 4

Another small glitch - Nutrient Extractor Mk2 has speed of 3, should be 1.5
