This happens specifically with algae farm, algae-farm-2 has a different bounding box from algae-farm-3 which causes the error when Squeak Through is used in forcing mode.

The error also occurs if Squeak Through is set in Opt Out mode

I have a little bit different Same Error:

Error while running setup for entity prototype "algae-farm-2" (assembling-machine): next_upgrade target (algae-farm-3) must have the same bounding box.

• angelsbioprocessing (0.7.6)
• Squeak Through (1.8.0)
• ShinyAngelGFX (0.18.2)
• space-exploration (0.2.12)

I've fixed this crash it was due to angels adding mk3 algae farm and i had my own i have removed. Also working on the upgrade planner support as well.
