Adds a tech tree to biter force, based on evolution factor. With evolution, biter units will improve in several ways.
Mods introducing new content into the game.
Changes to enemies or entirely new enemies to deal with.
If enemy base gets quality it's moved from other surfaces to nauvis. please get surface of entity directly from event, don't hardcode))

My bad, I had no idea bases on gleba expanded and used the same event. Fixed.
