The mod Even Pickier Dollies (3.0.2) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

LuaEntityPrototype doesn't contain key building_grid_bit_shift.

This is the breaking 2.1.21 API change (I was not aware that one of my mods uses that so I did not pay attention to it). It is fixed in the just released 3.1.0.
