b Quality calculation wrong

I have my own mod to play around with 100% quality (meaning on crafting, every item is +1 quality from its ingredients), I noticed that every time I move any entity on a given surface, all crafting machines produce the current quality, always, as if the quality calculation is skipped. This happens per surface only, so different planets are not affected. This happens on any entity moved, e.g. power pole.

I'm not saying it's this mod's fault, but I hope the info above helps a bit if someone runs into the same problem and they also have quality% mod.

Hi,

if this is your own mod, if you manage some internal state, you may need to register it with EPD so that the state is retained, especially if you use "transporter mode" (IAW if your mod can not be teleported so EPD emulates it by destroying and recreating).

I tried moving quality entities around (both normal moves and "transporter" mode) and entities retain quality for me. Do you have a save / if your mod is not public some code snippet for me to look at?

Right now, I don't have much to go on with to see whether there is a bug.
