I have my own mod to play around with 100% quality (meaning on crafting, every item is +1 quality from its ingredients), I noticed that every time I move any entity on a given surface, all crafting machines produce the current quality, always, as if the quality calculation is skipped. This happens per surface only, so different planets are not affected. This happens on any entity moved, e.g. power pole.
I'm not saying it's this mod's fault, but I hope the info above helps a bit if someone runs into the same problem and they also have quality% mod.
