Generates alerts (with sound, and a GPS tag in the console) when enemies come within the always-visible range of your radars.

Alerts are configurable in the mod settings ("Map" tab).

This is an update to the original Radar Alerts mod by duskwuff, but I am not sure if he is willing to update his mods
