It always seemed odd to me, that teslas could be produced in EM plants but artillery not in foundries.

On top of that, IRL foundries typically cast all the cannon/artillery shells too (maybe not casting from molten metals but only assembling, like with belts). Especially artillery shells take up a substantial branch of Gleba logistics with the tungsten, so productivity would be cool there.

Grenades, walls, and uranium ammo also feel like they belong in the foundry. All of course only assembling, not casting from molten.
