When placing a blueprint with spaceship floor, and an elevated space pipe on top of it, the flooring beneath the pipe will have its construction canceled if the pipe is placed first. If the ship floor goes down first, the pipe gets constructed fine.
In addition, placed elevated pipes block ship floor from being placed beneath them, despite them being able to be placed on top of ship floor fine.
Tested in a save with just Space Exploration and elevated pipes.
Could provide a save and a blueprint ready to replicate the issue, if you let me know where is best to hand those off, but the reproduction steps are really quite simple.
Make a blueprint with both ship floor and a pipe on top, paste the blueprint, watch the pipe get placed and the floor request vanish. Can be done without a blueprint if you are quick enough to put both requests down before the bots get there, too.
