Real Shuttle Trains

Adds shuttle trains- tiny locomotives that move very quickly but cannot be attached to cargo or fluid wagons. As such, they are intended to be used for personal transit rather than the transportation of resources. Both burner and electric versions are available, each with their own set of benefits.

    - Added a new mod setting for "magnet shuttles." If enabled, when a shuttle hits a player on the rails it will automatically pick them up instead of nearly killing them,

  New Features:
    - Added a lower tier of shuttle that runs on fuel, available at green science. It still out performs trains in regard to speed, but it has more of a focus on economy and efficiency. 
      On the contrary, the electric shuttle has been rebalanced to emphasize performance over efficiency.
  Balance Adjustments:
    - The performance of the electric shuttle has been increased. Its max speed has been increased to 500 kph, acceleration has been 
      increased to 1 MW (up from 500 kW) and its recharge rate and energy capacity have been increased to 2 MW and 50 MJ (up from 1 MW and 25 MJ), respectively.
    - Electric shuttle technology now costs purple science. It also requires the technologies for batteries, electric engines, and burner shuttles.
    - Adjusted the recipe for electric shuttles to require burner shuttles.
    - Shuttle Train Refresh is no longer a required dependency, although it is still recommended to get the most out of Real Shuttle Trains.
  Misc:
    - Changed mod name to "Real Shuttle Trains."
  Bugfixes:
    - Fixed crafting recipe icon for the electric shuttle.
