I found that some modded poles (eg. hypercell substation ) are not supported as they cannot be wired to any other poles including themselves. Instead of adding all these poles out there one by one, I suggest that you could write a script to go through all the local pole entities, and either assume anything not otherwise sorted to be substations, or classify them based on the the distribution area and the wire reach.
