It's outputting steam at 100C instead of 165C like the fueled boiler, I presume this isn't intended?

EDIT:
It's also consuming 4 MW instead of 1.8MW like the normal boiler and outputting 235 steam/s instead of 60 steam/s

This could all be intentional, but it seems completely out of whack?

Steam has a specific heat capacity, and energy consumption is equivalent. Low-temperature steam is used to produce more steam. The specific heat capacity of steam is 200 J. 60 * 200 * (165 - 15) = 1,800,000 J = 1.8 MJ ,235 * 200 * (100 - 15) = 3,995,000 J =4MJ. The design balance is not an issue. The sole purpose is to generate more steam. If some modules require high-temperature steam, I apologize. I will provide optional steam temperatures next time. However, the basic rated power consumption remains unchanged

So, the purpose of electric boilers is to produce a large volume of steam with lower potential energy?

Fair enough, but you should probably document that in the mod description, having an electric variant of an existing structure usually implies that it has the same function but has a different energy input source.

My original intention was to make it so that when playing with more planet mods, you no longer need thermal fuel for steam production, while also increasing steam output and optimizing parts of the production line structure. The effect of the electric heating tower is to provide heating remotely, eliminating the need for robots or other means of fuel supply. Thanks for your suggestion, I will take it into consideration.

New description looks excellent.

EDIT: And the temperature switching is great as well.
