I find it to be very OP when considering the mods that are out for this game...
Lets begin: I use Electric Furnaces mod and inside here i even got electric boiler.
Suggestion: on Air Control Quality (GOOD) Electric machine polution will be reduced by 75% so that i dont say 50%
I know that there are setups there to choose but any of us will choose the good out of all.
Good should have -75%, Moderate -50%, Normal -0%, Polluted +50, Hazardous +100%
