thank you for the info. KS_Power is/was the original creator of wind turbines but had not maintained his mod, so i forked it and made i available for various versions of factorio. The wind turbine 2 is in fact the original name he had used back when KS_Power wasnt even created, thats why the game gives you the error message about double registerd names/prototypes.
in the next update there is a warning that its not compatible but for now i can only edit the description of the mod.
