Easy Logistic Chests

Ever wanted to start an early game mall on complex mods but locked behind hours pf gameplay, this is the simple solution

Overview

All this mod does is simply make Requester chests and Passive provider chests unlock at the same time as Storage chests, when you get basic logistics, enables you to set up a mall nice and early to enjoy progression through harder to play mod packs.

It makes both the Requester and Passive provider the same cost, so it can change balances of mods. It does not change the cost of robots.
