• A: You can't. It gets triggered on player creation, once closed, it should never open again.

Q: The item I wanted to start with doesn't appear in the Item Vault?

• A: I'm not an expert coder (especially of Factorio), but any registered item by mods or vanilla that can be placed in inventory should show up.
