Tried on several maps and noticed individual oil field could overlap so there is no possible way to build a pumpjack on all of them. Don't know this is because there is a generation issue and we don't have to face it because that patches never generate on vanilla, or maybe your mod inflicts that somehow.
P.S. Already trying your mod. A really nice one! It gives landfill and elevated rails a new purpose! And finally a great reason to get rid of that annoing small patches of ore near the coastline.
