There isn't one - the drill of 81 electric mining drills has a base mining speed of 40.5, which exceeds the single lane output until belt stacking. You can freely disassemble and recombine them into a smaller drill of drills.
should add a secound or third or even fourth output to your modded drills to leviate the speed issues if it cant be turned off
This is impossible. It would require altering the API itself, which only accepts one output location.
