When I click on the name of the site or click the rename button, the site name changes to an input box to allow me to change the name, but then immediately changes back to an un-editable name before I can change it. It will not stay in the "rename state" so I can type in a new name.

Hi, I don't think this is a bug, but a side effect of the auto refresh feature. See if it helps to disable the auto refresh of the Menu Window (the button is next to the close window button)

Hey, I've marked this as fixed now in 1.7.2. @Eldrinn-Elantey provided a fix on Github that was just released, fixing these issues as they are confusing to many users.
