server is auto downloading the version for 2.0 branch rather than 2.1(bisect hosting)

Hey, are you using a modified factorio server binary or a special mod manager?

I've tested this rollout of current versions for 2.0 and 2.1. The versions are tagged correctly, match by the factorio mod manager as expected and from the download stats I can see that it works for normal users.
