Blueprint Planning mode. Robots will not build anything until you turn it off.

This toggle is being incorrectly toggled when using other toggles from the shortcut bar.

Did this get fixed? I see a note about 0.1.4 fixing an issue with a "toggle button being stuck".?
But I am still having the same issue as above with the shortcut bar when using 0.1.4.
