Removes the gravel and sleepers from rails, or only the gravel. A Factorio 2.1 fork of Harag's Naked Rails, now with elevated rail support.

How to use

Click the Naked Rails shortcut button to get the tool, then drag over rails:
- Select: remove gravel and sleepers (naked rails)
- Alt-select: remove only the gravel (sleepers stay)
- Reverse select: restore normal rails

Rail quality and undo are kept. Naked rails give back normal rail items when mined.

Changes from the original

• Works on Factorio 2.1
• Supports elevated rails when Elevated Rails is active
• Rail types that don't exist are skipped instead of crashing
• Rail names come from the game's own names (also fixes swapped English names)

Not compatible with the original naked-rails-f2, since both use the same rail names.
