Why should only Nauvis have all the agricultural tower fun? Grow and harvest Demolisher pupae for infinite tungsten today! ( just don't wait too long for them to hatch!) Also gives a nutrient option to Vulcanus in the form of Demolisher larvae, great for oil cracking productivity in Biochambers!

i locking behind research

the ability to renewably harvest tungsten arguably feels like it should be locked behind some science pack research, or at least have a setting to make it need science pack research. given that there is already the elevated rails research that requires volcanic and fulgoran science, it would be nice to have a similar 2-planet research that needs volcanic and gleban science packs, and this mod feels like it could fit that role.

Howdy, so at the moment you need to have unlocked those two science packs, (which means you'd have to have at least made a starter base on both planets) and you have to have killed a small demolisher. I thought that this was a reasonably fair price, but could lock it behind a research instead. So in its current state it does function as needing both planets, (you can't just go to vulcanus) but it doesn't actually cost science you're right. I'll think about a specific research but I'm not sure how needed it is at this stage, as the total cost wouldn't be huge, and farming these things is frought with danger to be honest.

that's true. it just feels weird to have an event-triggered research after the science packs are unlocked, but it's not game-breaking in any way.

event triggered also locks it out completely if you've already swept out the small and medium demolishers on Vulcanus before discovering the mod. Softlocked out completely if you don't want to fuss with commands that disable Achieves. maybe add a hidden check for 'demolishers killed > 5'
