Deep Landfill

Vanilla landfill can no longer fill deep water. Craft deep-landfill for the deep stuff: refined-concrete surface, walking bonus included in the price. Still works on shallow water, if you enjoy paying extra.

Recipe

100 landfill + 20 refined concrete + 8 steel plate + 24 iron stick = 1 tile.

Very expensive, so it is not just landfill with extra steps.

Compatibility

• Base 2.1
• Space Age: wetlands stay cheap. The deep lake does not.
• Alien Biomes / Space Exploration: if the tile name has "deep" in it, it wants the expensive one.
• Cargo Ships: recommended. Paving the whole ocean is less tempting when you have actual boats.
