Plastic bars in Pyanadons are around much sooner then in vanilla and they are not included in the option for intermediates early. Adding them to this option would fix the problem. Reporting this here instead of the py compatibility mod as its a vanilla item not a moded one.
Also related the mod setting for intermediates early is called Unknown key: "mod-setting-name.stack_intermediates_early"
