As of Factorio 1.1.75, it has become possible for loaders to load into cargo wagons. Would be nice if the auto-snapping of the loaders could treat rail as a a target to load into, given that a cargo wagon might appear in that rail spot in the future.
(This means mini-loader, which is really just a super fast inserter is completely obsolete.)
