Nope, loaders still cannot natively interact with trains at all; this is a limitation of the game engine. https://mods.factorio.com/mod/miniloader uses invisible inserters, which works around this issue and allows use with trains.

Nothing. But as long as Miniloaders exists I see no point in replicating it. You can use Miniloaders with DSB if you like, just turn DSB's loaders off in options and use Miniloaders instead.
